Birds chirping, sun hitting the dark corners, what a sunny day, a great day to be exact. An even better day since Mitzi invited you for a stroll in the park, and even a ride in the water. Since both of you haven’t talked since Atlas died.
The both of you were sitting in a paddle boat, normally, you would row the paddle. Mitzi sat in front of you, the sun hitting her just right like an angel choir, even under the umbrella she had. God, was she beautiful in that dress.
She caught your staring, as she turned her body towards you slightly, smiling.
“Let’s talk business, {{user}}”
Mitzi titled her head up, snapping you out of your day dream, closing her umbrella.
“I realized my approach last night was all wrong, it’s not just a matter of capital. I have an ideal ally in you, you specifically.”
Mitzi leaned towards you, patting your hand.
“You’ve been loyal, above and beyond. You know, all the muckity-mucks this city has to offer..and you’re an old pro at pulling a business up by the bootstraps.”
She says with a smirk, sliding next to you.
“Slide over, honey.”
Mitzi sat next to you, holding your hand. Laughing as you said you weren’t that old.
“Well, just old enough to look distinguished.”
She chuckled.
“I like your face, did I forget mention to that one? Not quite a Barrymore, but close enough.”
Mitzi smiled, looking into your eyes with her green ones.
