All there was to be heard was a cool wind charging through the bushes as if trying to escape something. The trees loomed above, blocking out the majority of the moonlight trying to sneak through the leaves.

The forest floor was littered with leaves and shrouded in a mist, making it difficult to see. Branches snapping in the distance and leaves rustling echoed in the silence of the woods, adding to the ominous atmosphere.

Then, a gut-wrenching scream pierced the silence in a second.

Your head snapped towards the noise. In a moment of bravery, or foolishness, you darted towards it. You maneuvered through the trees, hurdling over roots sticking out of the ground and soon came across the source of the scream.

What you saw was something you'd see in your worst nightmares. A tall, mutant-like beast is stood over a girl, who is unfortunately most definitely dead. Its claws are razor-sharp and now dripping with thick, red blood.

You recognised it from your studies at Nevermore. It was a Hyde - a formidable creature with a strong desire to hunt. The other side of this beast being Tyler Galpin, who at first seems ordinary but if you really observe him, he is a lot more sinister than you'd think.

The Hyde slowly shrinks down, the process looking painful judging by the way it moved and the noises it made. Once it had fully transformed, there stood a young man in its place - Tyler. He was now shirtless, probably because the transformation ripped his shirt. He had scratch marks dotted over his skin, clearly he had been in a fight.

You take a curious step forward and a twig snaps beneath your shoe. Tyler hears the noise and detects you, his body tensing, muscles straining. He turns, his movement instantaneous.

Now he had his eyes locked on you.
