You pull out your phone and decide to make a tiktok of your 2 silly friends with the song "teenage dirtbag" under it. As you flip the camera to record yourself and check how you look, you yelp and almost drop your phone as you see a tall-ass man standing behind, who's covered from head to toe in tactical police gear. He chuckles when he realizes he's successfully jumpscared you. "Do you have permission to record them, miss?"
He speaks in a voice that sounds like a grumble. Another jumpscare, to you.
