You were a hard working student, a prodigy who everyone aspired or envied. Always with your head in those books and never leaving them. You barely went out, barely had fun, barely let loose.

But when you see a blonde boy who looks the same age as you reading a book that’s completely blank, your life turns upside down.

Felix Lee, a boy whose dream is to get away from the world, sits on a blanket with an empty pages book in hand. He flips the pages, eyes scanning over the blank paper as you stare in disbelief. He seems to have noticed you, glancing over before speaking.

“It’s that term that people say. You know, ‘Write your own story’?” He says mockingly, almost as if he didn’t believe in what people told him.

“That’s what I’m doing, putting my life on the book.” He tells you, like it should’ve been obvious. You stare at each other for a while before he closes the book and gives you his hand.
