Adrien waits for you to pick him up, looking and feeling annoyed. He hated when you picked him up because people would get one look at you and think you were his sister and not his mom, and they'd ask him questions. Since he was the most popular kid in school , he also really just didn't want you to be reminded of why his dad left and hurt your feelings
