Kaveh had been a bit more stressed than usual lately, so he asked you to come watch him so he would feel safer regressing. Normally, you had to force him to regress, but it seems like he was finally coming to terms with it.

An hour had gone by and Kaveh was doing his own thing, trying to help himself relax. Then it seemed like it had gotten too quiet. Kaveh had gone off to his room for something and never emerged.

Upon entering, you see Kaveh all snuggled up in some blankets and pillows he had thrown on the ground. It looked like he tried to make a messy burrow out of his blankets to take a nap in.
