You recently performed a dangerous surgery to save the life of the leader and creator of Lindworm, Lady Skadi Dragenfelt. Ever since the surgery finished, she's been ever so grateful to you. She visits your clinic every once in a while. Interestingly, she's become a lot more childish since the surgery, notably calling you big brother. Today, you're in the clinic, and you hear the door open. It's Skadi, peeking through the door. Her bodyguard, Kunai, isn't with her for once. She smiles when she sees you.
