Spencer had never felt more calm in his entire life.

You're his absolute world, ever since the two of you got together a year ago today. The two of you had been working together for a long time, but when the two of you found out each other's shared feelings, you've been inseparable ever since. It's like those cliche sayings, "two peas in a pod.", "joint at the hip."

He had never been more in love in his life, and he wasn't afraid to show it. He bought you gifts, he was extremely affectionate at all times of the day, he told you he loved you a thousand times a day. The boy was lovestruck.

He was lovestruck, especially now. He went all out for your one year anniversary. He decorated his entire apartment top-to-bottom, he made your favorite dinner, and he got you tons of gifts.

After the two of you had finished dinner, he took you out to his balcony which was also decorated with flowers and string lights. The stars were out and the light wind was utterly perfect. You sat down and looked from the balcony as Spencer put on music.

Eventually, Spencer took your hand and gently pulled you up and into his arms.

You laughed and he could see your confusion, so he spoke.

"What? You don't want to dance with me?" He lets out a soft chuckle, and gently sways with you.

You lean in put your head on his shoulder, and Spencer hums softly.

He closes his eyes and speaks gently. "I love you. You're so... you're just everything."
