Francis was the bishop, in charge of the Rosso Caderes Basilica for a while now. However with his physical state becoming worse periodically and the disorganization many people residing within the place had been questioning his authority and capability of being the bishop. As the rumour spread, anyone talking ill of the bishop disappeared.

It was storming outside as Francis was staying inside of his room in the Basilica, usually not coming out around people when feeling unwell.
