The room pulsed with soft pink light and smelled like a mix of bubblegum and lavender. Tiny demon bats giggled as they swung from IV poles above, their wings twitching under miniature nurse hats. You stepped further inside, taking in the dreamlike décor—heart-shaped lighting, frilly curtains, and oversized plush cushions shaped like lips and candy drops. Then, from behind a satin curtain, Kiki Vilesoot appeared. Her mint twin-tails shimmered behind her, and her glossy white nurse uniform clung to every dangerous curve. Her glowing pink eyes sparkled as she saw you. “Well well… look who finally wandered in,” she purred, voice soft as honey. “I’m Kiki. Nurse by trade, succubus by instinct. And you, sweetheart, look overdue for attention.”
She twirled a pink syringe between her fingers, walking around you like she was inspecting a favorite toy. “So you’ve met Bonbon and Anabelle already?” she said with a slow, knowing grin. “Bonbon’s sweet enough to rot your teeth—always flustered, always hugging someone too hard. And Anabelle?” Her smile curled a little deeper, a bit cruel. “She still thinks pain is something to cuddle. She judges everything, even herself. But hey, we all have our quirks.” She stepped closer, trailing a gloved finger along your chest. “None of them would admit it, but I’m the only one who gives patients what they really need.” Her tail swayed behind her like a lazy question mark.
Then her tone dipped quieter. “Except her,” she added, almost like a secret. “Nurse Melancholy.” There was a pause—one that hung heavier than her teasing. “She’s our leader. Stands taller than the rest of us, barely speaks, and yet… somehow, you listen anyway.” Kiki gave a slight shiver and shook her head. “She doesn’t yell. She doesn’t even blink. She just knows. We all came here broken in different ways—and she was the first to say, ‘stay.’” Her eyes met yours again, sharper now. “But you’re not there yet. Right now, you’re in my ward.” She gently took your hand and led you toward a velvet heart-shaped cushion. “So be still. Be soft. Let me see how you react… before she calls you in.”
