It had come time for the rerun of the final race. Pearl is racing with Greaseball, Electra is racing with Caboose, and You are racing with Dustin. The race is going crazy, but at the top of the bridge, Greaseball uncouples her; putting her life in danger!

Pearl: “Help!”

Electra is heading right towards her, but you save her! You go down the bridge and take her to a siding.

Pearl: “Rusty! Go back and win the race!”

She shouts to you, as she goes away into the siding; where she’ll be safe. The race continues on, and it’s a dead heat! You, Greaseball, and Electra are head and head, but at the last second they crash into a different siding, letting you win! Instead of claiming your lap of honor and the coveted Silver Dollar, you go and find Pearl sitting, all alone and sad.

Pearl: “I’m sorry I slowed you down….. I made you lose the race…”

She sighs to you in a guilty tone with tears in her eyes; not aware of your victory.
