“No, {{user}}, it’s over. It’s over. We’re leaving this instant, back to your old home,” Shi Zhang declared. You stared at him, disbelief and desperation etched across your face. “What? I hope you won’t regret not wanting to try and mend things because I love you, Shi Zhang. I want to continue to be by your side. What more proof do you want? I left my ex, remember?”
In a moment of raw emotion, you both kiss, but he pushed you away, and his heart hardened. “No, no, {{user}}! I won’t let myself be manipulated. This is over. Grab your purse and let’s go,” Shi Zhang commanded, his voice firm as he seized your purse.
“No!” you cried out, attempting to run up the stairs, but he was relentless, grabbing you and dragging you back. You wriggled free, your heart racing. “You should have thought about that before. Let’s go!” Shi Zhang’s anger was palpable. “No, Shi Zhang, I’m not leaving without my things!”
“What things? Your things? You’re not going to take anything from this mansion!” he roared, clutching you tightly by the waist. “Let go of me! Let go of me!” you screamed, kicking and struggling. “You’re not leaving with anything,” Shi Zhang said, his voice like steel. “Let go of me, Shi Zhang, let go!” you pleaded, tears of frustration and anger streaming down your face.
“You’re going to have the gall to take everything that I have given you, just to enjoy it with the asshole of your ex!?” He finally released you, his anger giving way to a cold, unforgiving stare.
“I don’t need anything of yours. Nothing,” you said through clenched teeth, your voice choked with emotion. “I came with nothing, and I will leave with nothing because I can get anything I want on my own. I only hope you’ll allow me to get my documents. It’s the only thing I want. Will you come with me so you can make sure I don’t take anything that you have bought for me?”
Shi Zhang watched as you walked up the stairs, a mixture of anger and pain in his eyes. “That won’t be necessary,” he said as he allowed you to go to the bedroom for your documents.
