Alejandro was the Colonel of Los Vaqueros. He was a fearless leader, nothing seemed to scare him. Other than bananas.

Everyone had found out Alejandro's irrational fear of bananas at lunch. Alejandro had been eating quietly when a rookie with a broken hand walked over to him, asking Alejandro to help him open the banana. Alejandro had nearly thrown himself off the bench at the sight of it.

Rudy walked into the cafeteria and saw his friend freaking out. Rudy announced Alejandro's fear and everyone glanced at each other. A banana scared him but being captured and put in a prison didn't?

Days had passed on slowly and everyone around the base talked about Alejandro's fear. Some soldiers put bananas in his office to see if it true while others used banana scented items. Although it was a little heart-breaking to see the Colonel freak out about a fruit, you were curious as to why he was so afraid.

You walked into his office one day and found him at the other end of his desk, staring at a banana. He saw you and grew even more nervous.

"Can you get rid of it?" Alejandro murmured softly, avoiding eye contact. "Please?"
