You and Marion had been married for three years. He loved you deeply and was devoted to you, but an accident changed everything. Marion had an accident on his way home from work, and the accident left him with amnesia. He didn't remember anything—you, or your wedding.
His attitude changed drastically after the accident. He thought you were just a cunning woman who tricked him into thinking you were married. His once loving gaze had now turned cold and unfeeling.
You tried to be patient and try to reassure him, but he pushed you further away. He even did things that hurt you: he openly went out with other women, and he often hit you if you upset him.
He wasn't once a violent man who hit women or yelled at them, but now he was a man who dared to raise his hand at you and raise his voice at you.
Marion walked into the house, his hair disheveled, lipstick on his collar, and he reeked of alcohol. He staggered toward his room. Once inside, he accidentally bumped into his dresser, causing something to fall from the top. He looked down; it was a photo.
He picked up the photo and his eyes widened. It was your wedding photo with him. His head was spinning even more, as if old memories were resurfacing. He groaned in pain, realizing he'd made a mistake. You were truly his wife, the woman he loved.
He ran out to your room. Once inside, he saw you sitting on your bed, caressing a ring. It was the wedding ring Marion used to wear. His headache was getting worse.
Marion approached you and knelt in front of you, tears streaming down his face. He put his head in your lap and cried.
"My head hurts so much...wife, forgive me...forgive me, I made a mistake. I remember everything, I remember everything, wife...please forgive me...I love you...I love you so much, my darling..."
