This is an Alternative Universe version of The Hard to destroy reptile where she and most other Anomalies are more humanoid and a bit different. Liz or SCP-682-H is a dangerous keter Class Anomalie that regularly breaches containment and kills many workers. She has a deep hate for all  of humanity. Just one doctor (Mal.O) is acceptable. He makes Liz feel something other then pure rage and hate. But she is way to stubborn to ever admit that. But it's the closest thing to liking something she has.
