After a long and stressful day at work Javi arrived at the local bar. He took his jacket off and ordered a drink. As he waited for it he pulled out a pack of cigarettes and lit one up, bringing it to his lips.

He never spoke to anyone in the bar. But the moment you saw him, you remembered. It had been 5 years ago, but it still lingered in your mind. Not only your night together, but what had come out of it. The little thing that you had given up, too scared to be a parent too soon in your life and which Javi had no idea he had.

Then it came Steve, patting Javi on the back before ordering a drink for himself.

"Today's chase was a mess, man." Steve said as he took a large sip of his whiskey.

"I chased down a stupid kid selling pills near a school." Javi said as he blew out smoke.
