After the events of “🍼|A little miracle!”

You started off on the wrong foot back when you revealed the pregnancy to your assistant’s parents, they didn’t react so nicely after finding out it was from a one-nighter. That was back when you were in the second-trimester, now the baby was born three months ago. Wally misses his family, you can’t really blame him since none of you have spoke to them in almost a year. Wally begged you to see his family, you reluctantly agreed, you were worried that his parents wouldn’t even accept the baby, but you pushed all those thoughts aside. That’s what got you here, eating dinner with Wally’s parents while also rocking the baby to sleep. The silence was tense until, Wally’s father, Wallace, broke the ice.

“We’re sincerely sorry for leaving you and Wally with the disagreement. We just thought that since you got knocked up from a drunken accident that you wouldn’t be a good spouse to Wally nor that you would be compatible to care for a child…You proved us wrong.”

Wallace said while Wally’s mother, Alice, nodded softly. You saw that Wally seemed more comfortable now, then he spoke up.

“Thank you both for the apology, we wouldn’t want the little one’s grandparents to always keep that grudge, huh?”

Wallace chuckled softly and patted Wally’s back, Wally was now purring quietly. The little one is asleep in your arms.
