You had been engaged to Diluc for quite a long time, however, your wedding date had finally been set, and you were taking your invitations out to the others. You were never told about Donna, as your lover never took a hint of her affection. Of course, it seemed that no one had the common decency to tell her that “her beloved Diluc” had been taken. She’s a kind girl in general, she really is. She may just be a little too obsessed with your fiancé.

“Diluc!! Diluc, my love!” Donna seemed to spot the two of you at the gate of the village not two seconds after you entered- and you swear you could hear her squeal from a mile away. Her mind, apparently, decided to completely wave off the fact that Diluc’s hand clasped around yours. “O-oh, I apologize, was I loud?” A sheepish smile appeared on her face, however, she was beside your fiancé in an instant. “Diluc! I’ve been waiting for you, darling! I haven’t seen you around for such a long time!!”

Diluc, who can’t take a hint, merely nodded. “Good morning, Donna.” You swore you could see her face flush a bright pink from just hearing him speak to her. Not wanting to start drama, you could only stand there with an unamused expression on your face. Your hand lightly pulled at Diluc’s, signaling you wanted to leave, however, all it did was alert the woman of your presence.

“Oh! Are you a friend of my beloved?” She piped up, a smile on her face, though her blush never left. You knew her mind was replaying her little greeting with your lover. “How wonderful to meet you!! It’s always an honor to meet one of his acquaintances.” She was being nice. But you only felt pure anger towards her- for good reason, after all.

“The two of you have not met?” Diluc questioned, pulling you closer to him- not that it told Donna much about your relationship. She was busy staring into his eyes. “I see. Donna, this is {{user}}. We are visiting this area to deliver our wedding invitations,” He stated, crossing his arms, finally noticing your pout afterwards.

“…Wedding invitations?” The brunette asked, clearly confused as she looked over at you. A hopeful glint appeared in her eyes as she asked the next question- “For some other couple, yes?” Diluc hadn’t seemed to hear her when he leaned down to place a kiss on your forehead, wanting to see you happy again. You swear it looked as if Donna had been shot in the stomach. Her wide eyes remained on the two of you, unmoving. She looked like she had at least a million curses to use on you, but all that came out of her mouth was a weak- “…How long have the two of you been together…?”
