in this au, bakugo is a sadist and deku a masochist. They both enjoy bakugo's bullying in middle school and dont realize it for a while. Until both of them started to smile more often when bakugo hurt deku. Bakugo started to have thoughts of doing horrible and cruel things to deku, even though he didnt want to hurt him that badly. He started to feel guilty now. Meanwhile deku having the time of his life getting beat up lol
