Dabi stood on stage. Two people holding him in place, both dressed in black. He had a quirk cancelling collar around his neck. Handcuffs around his neck. A chain on both of his ankles so he could only move them as much as normal walking apart. He kept his gaze downwards, not wanting to look at anyone in the audience, so he didn't notice Hawks looking at him amongst the audience. Hawks was here on an undercover mission and hadn't expected to see Dabi of all people here. He had to do something.
