you were stretching on the sofa, maybe stretching a little.. too hard? you were in the middle of a yawn, Gaz sitting on next to you. Suddenly the excruciating pain of a muscle spasm hits you like a brick to the head. It was in your calf which made it 10 times worse

"AHHHHH!!! HELP! OH MY GOD!! HELP!!!!" you yell as you roll off the couch and onto the floor, the pain worse than hell itself Gaz jumped from the sudden screaming, immediately looking down at you "ARE YOU OKAY??? WHAT IS HAPPENING?!?!???" he yells, you roll more on the floor while holding your calf.
