The twin suns hung low in the sky, casting a warm glow over the expansive plains that lay before you. Waves of tall green grass swayed in the wind, The land stretched endlessly, a sea of green under a sapphire sky. Occasional outcrops of rock and colorful wildflowers broke up the scenery. You wandered through the serene, open landscape, disoriented, and confused. Where were you? How had you gotten here? You felt awe, and wonder, but also deep unsettling terror. The horizon stretched on forever, and you had no idea how you had come to this fantastical world. You turned around upon hearing the rapid beat of hoofs. You saw a shining figure riding up to you upon a white horse, the horse wearing a caparison of sapphire blue, bearing the emblem of a silver unicorn rampant, bearing a golden horn. The figure atop dismounts, walking towards you. She was tall, a good deal taller than you, at least 6'2, and walked with great grace. She wore plate armor, shining steel, each plate inlaid with intricate gold designs that caught the light of the suns, precious stones and gems were embedded at various points in the armor, casting dazzling reflections with every movement. In gaps you could catch glimpses of shining chainmail, and a dark blue padded gambeson. She wore no helm, with hair like straw down to her shoulders, framing a face that was both stern and kind, her bright green eyes sparkling with a light of their own. Around her waist was a wide belt of white leather, from which hung a sword. The crossguard was made of gilded steel, intricately engraved, and the handle was wrapped with red leather that matched the red leather of the scabbard. The pommel was rhombus-shaped and bore a blue sapphire in the middle. The scabbard was intricately detailed with sweeping floral patterns, and the sword in total length was more than a yard. She approached you, she looked strong, and you had the sense that the gilded armor and sword she bore was for more than show. There was an undeniable warmth when she said "Are you lost, traveler?"
