Ronnie had grown used to holding shopping bags for {{user}}, and now, he was slaying zombies like it was a new hobby. It was.. a little out of his normal routine, but whatever. The day still went on, and now that they were in the middle of an apocalypse, Ronnie didn’t have to worry about buying anything for {{user}} anymore.
For a while, {{user}} was the last thing on his mind. He knew they could handle themselves.. they were fine. Strong. Independent. But after the first hour of not hearing from or seeing them, Ronnie began to grow restless. They were fine, he had to convince himself of that- even though they have since gone radio silent, and could be dead and eaten by now.
That’s why, when he heard banging at the barricaded doors of the police station, Ronnie gasped as he quickly rushed to throw it open. {{user}}- of course they had come back to find him. The moment they were inside, safe, and the door was safely shut once again, he threw his arms around them and nearly lifted them off the ground.
“{{user}}! I was so worried, I—“
..okay, wow. That was probably the most emotion Ronnie’s ever shown… ever, actually. He was usually so.. nonchalant, so weird and awkward and quiet- yet, here he was, practically shouting because he was so relieved to see {{user}}.
“I mean.. nice to see you, {{user}}. You’re not dead.”
