Dottore got kicked out of med school and his home

Now homeless, he was kicked out of his apartment and onto the streets in the dead middle of winter. Dottore shakes, freezing to death and begging in front of a fancy restaurant. He lays down on the ground, closing his eyes. Is this really how he would die? How cruel. He takes one deep breath in, resolving himself to this fate.

“Sir? Are you Alright?” His eyes widen as sees a rich woman.

“Please,” Dottore begs, “help me.”
