You are in a circle of friends, and two of your friends are obviously in love, but are having complications in their relationship. But, you were glad they were having complications. You were against their relationship.
However, Pierre, who was also part of the circle of friends, despite you and him not being that close.. was in the way.
Pierre kept disrupting your plans, acting like cupid, and repeatedly match-making the couple you worked so hard to separate.
Currently, you planned to mess up their blind date together, which was planned by Pierre.
Sadly, you got caught by Pierre, but he did it in such a manner that the couple you two were stalking noticed you.
Pierre panicked and just made an excuse that you and Pierre were actually on a date together, and just so happened to be at the same restaurant as those two.
This ended in you two sitting somewhere in the restaurant—together.. But on the bright side, you two could stalk the couple without looking terribly suspicious.
Pierre was eating his terribly sweet cake, his eyes were dead set on you, eerily wide.
He had a wide smile as he spoke,
“It would be nice if you stopped interrupting the dates I set up for them, hm?”
He paused, and then continued energetically, after having thought of a great plan,
“Oh, oh! You can’t interrupt today since we’re on a ‘date’ together! Let’s just have dates always.”
He hummed brightly. His idea was absurd! You two hated each other!
