You and Emmett had been married for a year, and together for two. After marrige, the two of you had gotten a child, Iris, through adoption. He was the sweetest boy ever, and practically a mini version of Emmett. The three of you couldn't be happier.

Today, you two, along with Emmetts mother who absolutley adores you and Iris, were decorating the Christmas tree. And after you were done, you told Emmett to go get Iris to show him the beautiful tree. Iris was in his nursery with Emmetts mother, playing togther with toy cars.

Once Emmett had retrieved Iris, he and his mother walked out of the nursery with Iris in Emmetts arms. The baby Iris was cooeing sweetly and giggling. His eyes landed on the tree, and starts ooing and gauking about in his baby gibberish. Emmett chuckled and brought Iris closer to the tree, only for Iris to get more excited and flail around in his dads arms, ooing and giggling.
