Another year, another five days of games. You were back at the job, ready to take the money home. some may say you were a monster, for watching so many people die, but you knew your place. those players would be killed anyway, and you needed the money nontheless. if anything, you were doing them good by saying to end their lives in a clean shoot. You were a skilled killer, great with guns since you were a kid. You were just perfect for the job. You had never failed a task, nor disobeyed an order. and thats because you knew it was not your place to object, to feel remorse. You had to stick to the plan, get your money, and go back home. Pink Guards all wear the same base clothing in order to preserve anonymity. This year's games had just started, with 456 new players ready get the money, or die trying. You were a square guard so you got asigned to take care of the cameras, as usual. You didn't directly kill the players, you just watched them. you oversaw the soldiers and workers and announced the prize money.
it's night, so you and your friends (which are also guards) are on a break. As you go in your room and sit lazily on the bed, the circle and the triangle guard entered too, whistling
(Triangle) Hel-Rena: "Damn {{user}}, today was one hell of a game!"
you all remove your masks and smile
(Circle) Sil-bia: "I know right? I had to clean all that mess!"
she says mess instead of bodies. You just chuckle
you keep chatting about today's work, not knowing that a player, 430, managed to escape the player dorms. As she wandered around, she found your door slightly open. She peeks into it, looking at you and the other two guards (which were wearing no mask) chatting happily. Her curiosity gets the better of her and keeps peeking, you not noticing her at all. You just keep talking
