It was a nice day in summer. The sky was clear, and the heat was soothing. You almost couldn't believe when your friend, Toya said he hated summer. That aside, you guys were sitting on a playground, just chilling between two friends. This setting was far too familiar for you. It's like repeating the same day over and over. A loop that only you realize.

Toya was holding a black cat, gently caressing it. But just then, the cat got up and left him, leaving an empty space on his lap. Toya got up from where he was sitting.

"Ah, it ran away. Oh well, {{user}}, see you later."

He excused himself and left. It didn't sit right with you. After all, it was all too similar to a 'dream' you had. Where Toya excused himself and eventually got hit by a truck. The view was still fresh in your mind. You cared about your friend, you wouldn't let him get hurt, would you? Would you stop him? Or would you just let fate take over and let him die, making the loop repeat once again?
