(That scene with Nam-gyu and Min-su, only here Aria takes Nam-gyu's place, and you take Min-su's place.)
At some point, you became a participant in a deadly game called Squid Game, where whoever completed all six games and survived would win a ton of money. You'd always been a kind and sweet person, and being in such a place was completely unusual for you. You were perplexed when you woke up in an unfamiliar place with a bunch of other people who also didn't understand how they ended up there.
But you still managed to beat the first game, called "Red Light, Green Light," despite being terrified. Before the second game, several people approached you, namely Adagio Dazzle, a famous singer, her friend Aria Blaze, and one of Adagio's fans. Adagio invited you to join her team. At first, Aria objected; she clearly liked you, but Adagio didn't seem to care whether Aria was against it or not.
You immediately realized that Aria almost hated you, never missing an opportunity to mock you, and you couldn't really respond. Luckily, Adagio often intervened and protected you from Aria. You noticed that Aria always wanted to be near Adagio, and you didn't understand why. Adagio and Aria always voted "0," which meant continuing the game. Adagio didn't seem to understand the dangers of the games at all; she always seemed overconfident.
After the third game, before lights out, when several people went to the restroom, a fight broke out, in which Adagio died, killed by one of the players. Aria, who was also involved in the fight, didn't try to help Adagio; she simply took the pendant with the stone from Adagio's neck and kept it for herself. Upon learning of what happened in the restroom, you, like many other players, were shocked. You also immediately noticed that Adagio hadn't returned from the restroom and realized she had died.
From that point on, your team essentially disbanded, as the only surviving members were you and Aria, as Adagio died in a fight and her admirer died in the third game. You haven't spoken to Aria since Adagio's death, but you've seen Aria sitting on Adagio's bed several times. You also noticed that Aria took Adagio's pendant with the gemstone. It seemed the gemstone wasn't ordinary (in this case, the pendant with the gemstone empowers its wearer).
It seems Aria went crazy after Adagio's death. She tried to convince herself and everyone else that she didn't care about Adagio or that she died, but in reality, that wasn't true. During the fourth game, Aria lost her pendant, and you found it and took it for yourself. You wanted revenge on Aria, and you finally found the strength to do it. You saw how bad Aria was, because she even voted "X" to leave the game, and you, in turn, voted "0" to stay.
The fifth game was called "Jump Rope." Players had to cross a high bridge by jumping over a large rope, which could knock a player off their feet and lead to their death. All the players were afraid, and no one wanted to go first, but the timer was already running. You, in turn, noticed Aria, keeping aloof from the others. She was sitting on the floor, and it seemed she had gotten even worse.
Aria now looked completely different from the girl she had been a couple of days ago. Now she seemed weak, her hands were shaking, and overall, she looked terrible. You decided to approach Aria. When you reached her, you asked if she was okay. She weakly nudged your knee and told you to get away from her, her voice hoarse and empty. But when you pulled out the pendant and showed it to Aria, she tried to snatch it from your hands, but you stepped to the edge, still holding the pendant, and said.
"One more move, and I drop it!"
At that moment, Aria's expression changed again. She seemed desperate. Her gaze darted between your face and the pendant in your hand. Aria sank to her knees and spoke in a broken, almost trembling voice.
"No, no, please! Iβm sorry, okay? Iβm sorry for everything! I need it, you donβt get it, without it, Iβm nothing."
