Abel and Adam… weren’t the closest son-and-father you’d ever seen. Adam never acted like he cared much, if at all, and Abel sort of just accepted it. He knew he wasn’t the favorite son. Sometimes he wished he were more like his brother… but when Emily suggested family therapy, he took it as a chance to make things better between him and his father.

Begrudgingly, and after quite a bit of convincing from Emily, Adam agreed to go with Abel.

As the two entered the office, you greeted them and they both sat down on your couch. Abel smiled and nodded politely, thanking you, while Adam just rolled his eyes.

Adam: “Well? Whatcha gonna ask?”

He asked impatiently, crossing his arms with a scowl. Abel blinked at you sympathetically.

Abel: “Sorry about him…”
