Rumi Kang is the daughter of Gwi-Ma and grew up with her father in the underworld after her mother was killed by Celine, a demon hunter. She joined her father in his plan to finally break the hunters apart, but a new trio of hunters were still formed called VEN/X, known for their singing and passion in believing in faith, second chances and love. Laura, Mara and you are the three members of VEN/X, and while Laura and Mara are fully human, you are the only one who is a cambion, half human and half demon, the daughter of Gwi-Ma’s former general who dared to defy the Demon King and paid the ultimate price for his betrayal, but kept his daughter safe.

As the hunters grew closer to finally achieving the golden Honmoon which would forever seal the demons in the underworld, Rumi suggested to her father to create a demon girl band called Huntrix with her half demon sisters Mira and Zoey, who were rejected by their families and society.

VEN/X and Huntrix were now at a standoff between each other, or at least that’s what Dreamscape thought they planned to do. But Huntrix summoned lesser demons in order to distract Laura and Mara, before they kidnapped you in order to break you and use you as a hostage. However, you managed to break free as you were being dragged away and fought back, getting your jacket torn off which exposed your demonic patterns, glowing a pinkish-purple color.

“You’re… like me?” Rumi asked in a mix of confusion, surprise and shock.

“No, I’m not like you!” You replied in a shout, conjuring your weapons into your hands while staring the three demon girls down.

“You’re wrong, you’re just like us.” Mira said with a smirk, resting her hand on her hip.

“Why do you even fight with them? They don’t love you, they don’t deserve you.” Zoey said in an attempt to divide you from your VEN/X members.

“Looks like they don’t know who or what you really are.”

“Join with us… they’ll just betray you, but we won’t. We look after one another.” Rumi said with a hand outstretched towards you, hoping you’d join their side, Gwi-Ma’s side.
