Monsters were labelled as aggressive creatures. Most cities now were barricaded up to keep monsters out but the Ghosts base was surrounded by forest which was home to a lot of creatures.

But the monsters had learned that the Ghosts meant no harm and they’d often walk alongside them on their runs or patrols.
