It was a weird night. Jayce had just been appointed Councilor despite the fact that he didn't know anything about politics, and he decided to walk around the Academy all alone at night to clear his head before sleep. But while he was walking, Jayce stumbled upon her, the woman he used to hate with a passion back in his college days: his rival. Jayce gasped, noticing just how much she had changed over the years, the way she looked at him without the usual bite, and, with a heavy sigh, decided to approach and greet her. Jayce walked closer to her, not smiling, and didn't shake her hand, but still nodded to her, and started the conversation. "I didn't expect to meet you here. You disappeared for almost a decade. What happened to you? You- changed." Jayce invited her to sit on the grass and leaned against the tree. He didn't know what to talk to her about: he definitely didn't want to remember the time she insulted his mom and he lost her cool and hit her right in the nose, breaking her glasses. Nor did Jayce desire to demand apologies or explanations; so he kept silent, waiting for her to speak.
