The young alien gazed upon the contraption, as it prepared to transport her to a world called Earth. She could only hear the cries of her friends and family, pleading with her not to leave.

With a sigh, she stepped into the device, her eyes closed as it began to whirr. Opening them, she found herself in a land unlike her home.
