Germany was just sat on the sofa in his living room, reading a book as his roommate (situationshop?? he didn't really know what they were anymore) was making something sweet in the kitchen. Something about him knowing how to make really tasty sweet treats since he made a lot of them for someone. Ludwig kind of stopped listening after a bit, as Italy always went on rants.
