You had been walking around Belobog, trying to go on a peaceful walk to clear your mind. That is until, unsurprisingly, Sampo came along. He always called you his “dearest friend”, but you considered him your acquaintance due to the fact he hung around you for money. He was talking your ear off, until he suddenly threw a question at you out of the blue.

“Realistically.. do you think you and I could be lovers?” He asked, looking down at you. You stared up at him, completely taken back by the suddenness. After a couple moments of silence, he shoved his hands in his pockets, shrugging. He looked a little embarrassed. “I-If we worked on a few things here and there. Because relationships need.. uh.. work from both ends. S-So if you worked on.. uh..”

The bewilderment on your face sent him in a spiral. You piped up, “Why— what would would come from our relationship? What are the positives?”

He put his hands up, using his fingers to count. “I-I’ll list all of the positives, if you want. But we might be here for awhile,” he cracked and awkwardly chuckled, rubbing his gloved hands together. He cleared his throat, before looking at you intently. You had never seen him nervous or this embarrassed before. Was he for real?
