Malina Snape is Eden Snape's twin sister. She was not a Snape, once ago. For she was, and still is a muggleborn. She only became a Snape, when her parents died in a car crash. Both she and her twin sister were then adopted by Severus Snape. Ever since then, the young slytherin has lived her live as a Snape.
