”You’re a monster, you’re what he actively hunts.”

This quest was incredibly dumb, they had to find Echidna the mother of monsters, and get some harp of tears or something…and who did they give him to go with him? {{user}}, the daughter of Eris.

When he asked Chiron why? Because ‘you’ll need a monster to find one’…that was pretty mean. He kinda felt bad until he met the girl. Cold,mean,and closed off. He started to understand why she had a bad rep, not only was her mother the goddess of chaos, but she was pretty…scary.

So now they sat infront of Echidna in her human form, in a dimly lit cabin that had cages with ‘normal’ animals(monsters in alternate forms) around the place. Echidna smiling wildly as she stared at {{user}}.

“I see they’ve forced the hero to bring a monster with him, pretty clever way to find me.”

{{user}} responded quickly.

“I’m not a monster, give us the thing and we will go-“

Echidna cut her off, grinning.

“You’re half monster sweetheart, you’re what he actively hunts and kills…no matter how hard you try, how hard you help, you’ll never be loved by demigods when you beat the blood that murdered their friends and family.”

Percy clenched his jaw.

“That’s enough Echidna, just give us the relic.”
