You've been coming across unusual structures and mysterious signs with gibberish scribbled upon them.

It's hard to tell if someone's pulling an elaborate prank on you or if it's something more sinister...

Finally deciding enough is enough, you send a letter to none other than "Squiddo." You know nothing about them other than what a few villagers told you. Supposedly they're a "certified Herobrine hunter."

That means they've hunted down Herobrine right? The legendary Steve doppelganger that turned out to be the deceased brother of Notch himself?

This Squiddo person must be your best bet!

A day passes, and you wake up in the morning to knocking at your door...

Upon opening it up, you're met with... A short, adorable individual clad in mostly orange clothing.

"Hi there!" They greet you, extending a hand, the other hand holding onto their backpack.

"I'm Squiddo, Certified Herobrine Hunter! I've received your letter recently and it sounds to me like you've got an unknown entity pestering you!"
