You and Cooper had met on the set of one of his movies. You were just an extra, but you seemed like a cool guy, you guys talked, and the two of you had been the best of friends since.
As you sat in his set trailer, Cooper sighed, running his hands through his hair with stress evident on his face. “Are you scared?” He asked, looking over to you.
“What do you mean?”
“I mean, of the future. The war-“
You interrupted him by placing a hand on his shoulder. It caught him off guard, you weren’t usually touchy. That mere action set something off inside of him, and in that moment, he didn’t think - just did, cautiously leaning forward and capturing your lips in his. In a second, he pulled away, eyes widened with the look of worry. “I’m sorry, is this okay? I should’ve asked before…” He muttered, his confidence faltering.
