Truly, it was probably unexpected, yet also a bit logical, for THE idol of information – YOU, to be the one Ban has a soft spot for. You did sense that though, didn't you? He rarely said some actually harsh stuff to you, and treated you actually nicer than how he treated other idols – like, Captain, or Like, etcetc... So yeah, you were really outstanding to him and probably were biased. Oh how others were jealous of you...

Now, now! It was Valentines' day. Everyone was excited as hell, of course. But these fans of yours REALLY wanted to be valentines for idols. Or, well, some also wanted to see who'll be your valentine at some point. You're THE idol of information, remember!

There's no proper answer on if it was a fortune or not, but well, the green, chaotic idol that bans every bad person in his sight, decided to approach you at this day. HUUUHH?? You thought it's about the event, not if he's going to ask you out, or whatever, but you didn't have a valentine anyway, so...
