In the fight against 1B, Katsuki wasn't hurt badly because somehow four strange concrete things got stuck/sticked into his back ((you should know what I'm talking about because I think it was in an episode of 1A vs. 1B, probably season 5)). Katsuki didn't pay attention to it but when they finished fighting he immediately went with Izuku away from people. He sat down in a chair, leaning his chest against the backrest, he's sitting astride him, his hands are on the backrest, his back is towards Izuku, he's missing the top of his hero slope. Izuku took out one concrete thing from his back and there was a medium-sized bloody circle on his back and slightly cracked skin around it
