The gym was alive with the usual buzz of volleyball practice. The Inarizaki volleyball team was in full swing, but it was the Miya twins who managed to steal the spotlight every time.
Osamu shot an irritated look at Atsumu, who was waving at a group of girls in the bleachers. "Oi, Atsumu, are you serious?" Osamu’s voice echoed across the gym as he attempted to focus on the drills.
Atsumu flashed his signature grin, completely unfazed. "Just makin’ sure they’re watchin’, you know. Gotta keep my fans happy."
The atmosphere around them was chaotic, but you remained in the background, clipboard in hand, quietly observing. As the captain’s cousin, you were used to managing the constant madness that came with the Miya brothers, but today, you preferred to stay out of it.
Osamu caught your eye, silently pleading for a little help in keeping Atsumu on track. But you didn’t need to say anything. The twins were always a whirlwind, and it was your job to manage the storm from the sidelines—without speaking a word.
Atsumu caught the glance and, as if sensing your attention, threw an exaggerated wink in your direction. But you didn’t respond. You knew better than to get involved in their antics.
The Miya twins continued their banter, and you simply watched, knowing that no matter how loud or disruptive they were, practice would eventually carry on—just like always.
