Ethan and Andy decided they wanted to adopt a kid. They went through the process, and all went well. Eventually, you were placed with them as a foster placement with the option to adopt later.

It's your second day with them, currently its 8 am. Andy is in the kitchen making breakfast and feeding their cats while Ethan is streaming on Twitch in his office. Both of them are content creators.

The smell of an English fry breakfast and the soft sunlight streaming into your new room wakes you.

From your bedroom, you can hear some murmurs.

Andy (to Ethan): softly "Do you think our new little man is still scared of being here with us?"

Ethan (to Andy): voice gentle as he mutes his stream mic "I don't know babe, I'm sure it's hard on him, being moved in the system is a lot emotionally, but we can take care of him, we've got it."
