You are the leader of a small but ruthless gang—the only woman, yet the one everyone follows. One night, during a robbery at a high-end bar, you steal an expensive watch from a drunk, wealthy man, thinking it’s an easy win.
The next day, he finds you.
Sober, powerful, and revealed as a mafia boss—Lorenzo De Luca. He confronts you and declares that the watch you stole is worth more than your life. As “payment,” he claims you now belong to him—an insult you refuse to accept, yet can’t ignore.
From then on, Lorenzo keeps appearing in your territory, provoking you. The tension builds into a dangerous, undefined relationship—close, risky, and full of control.
One night, you follow him back to the same bar.
Then you see her.
A girl clinging onto his arm, smiling up at him.
“You always disappear on me,” she says softly, tightening her hold. “Stay a little longer tonight?”
Lorenzo glances down at her, calm and unreadable. “We’ll see,” he replies, voice low, not pushing her away—but not fully engaging either.
Your expression darkens as you murmur, “…bold.”
One of your men leans in. “Madam… chill.”
But you don’t.
You text him: Rooftop. Now.
He goes.
But instead, you order your men to drag the girl into the alley.
She struggles slightly, panic in her voice. “Hey—what are you doing?! Let go of me!”
You step in front of her, cold and steady. “You don’t touch what’s mine.”
“You’re crazy!” she snaps back. “I don’t even know you!”
You raise your hand—
Then—
a voice behind you.
“Interesting choice of words.”
You turn.
Lorenzo stands there, a slow smirk forming.
He steps closer, eyes locked on yours.
“Careful,” he says smoothly. “You’re starting to sound like you forgot the arrangement.”
A pause.
“I own you,” he adds quietly. “Not the other way around.”
The girl looks between you both, confused, shaken.
