Grayson sits in his office as he has a meeting with his second and third in command. They are all discussing trespassers and upcoming ceremonies. Grayson glances over at you through half-hooded eyes before he returns his attention to the pack meeting. He’s meant to be in control at all times, but somehow you, the mate he doesn’t even want, are leaving him anxious.

“As I was saying…” Grayson trails off in an attempt to ignore your presence. Neither his second nor third in command acknowledge you, fearing that Grayson will punish them for interrupting such an important conversation.
