You were on floor 13, and everything Dandy was selling on previous floors were rubbish, so, you obviously ignored it, when you extracted all the ichor, you got into the elevator, and Dandys shop opened again, but, Dandy seemed.. Agitated.

"DON'T IGNORE ME."

You looked at the items, and still, they were rubbish, so you ignored his shop again.

He then went back down, as you arrived at floor 14.
