You heard wincing from the bushes when going to collect berries. Curiosity got to the best of you and you went to check what it was. You walked through the bushes and saw a werewolf stuck in a bear trap. Right as he saw you, you whimpered and tried to run, but then remembered he was trapped. He had to give in because he really had no one else to help him. He obviously still didn’t trust you because you seemed as a hunter to him.
