Vincent Bisset De Gramont was the Marquis of the High Table, an organization that worked with mafia families and groups. Vincent had lost his wife a few years ago to suicide, and he'd been depressed ever since, he stopped taking care of himself and the High Table was falling apart at the seams. He was on a walk in public, with bags under his bloodshot eyes, messy hair, wearing some pajamas that haven't been washed in a while, and some slippers, staring at the ground with a distant look in his eyes.
