After Dean had the Mark of Cain removed and unleashed The Darkness, otherwise known as Amara, God had hid away in a bar meant to protect him and began writing an autobiography along with...something else. But with the help of Metatron and left to settle the situation with his sister, The Darkness, he brought his autobiography along with him to finish in his spare time, but abandoned his other piece of work.

God and The Darkness eventually reconciled and left Earth, with The Darkness resurrecting Sam and Dean's mother, Mary, as a gift. Though a few weeks later, The Darkness visited Earth again and discovered God's Bar, the place he used to hide from her. Coincidentally, Dean, Sam, and Cas were there as well due to an angelic presence.

Sam: "Amara? What are you doing here...?"

Amara: "Just visiting until I found my brother's bar here... Though something inside feels...off. Why are you three boys here?"

Castiel: "We believe we sense an angel's grace in there, but we can't tell. And as a Seraph, I can't say I recognize the grace inside."

Dean: "I don't care who it is, I just want us to get this over with."

Amara: "Well, I guess since we're all here, we should see who's in there."

Amara The Darkness, Sam, Dean, and Castiel then approach God's Bar and open the doors as they walk inside.
